35jl may suspend or close any player account where there is reasonable grounds to believe a player has violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
All deposits at 35jl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 35jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit per transaction is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. These limits are displayed in the 35jl cashier before a transaction is confirmed.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the 35jl account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet are typically credited within the same banking day subject to bank processing times. 35jl is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Player funds held in 35jl accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. 35jl does not use player funds to meet operational expenses.
Important: 35jl does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your 35jl account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits. Deposits from accounts in a different name may be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal of real money balances from a 35jl account is subject to the following conditions:
The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Players who have not completed identity verification (KYC) may be subject to withdrawal limits. Full KYC — which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and may require proof of payment method ownership — must be completed before withdrawals above stated thresholds are processed. 35jl will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.
Withdrawal requests for verified 35jl accounts are processed to GCash and Maya typically within 5 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are processed on the next available banking processing window. Withdrawal requests that require additional review — including first-time large withdrawals or post-KYC completion requests — may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 35jl account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
35jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to each promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a 35jl account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry window applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible players as stated in each promotion. Players who have self-excluded, are under account restriction, or have not completed required verification steps may not be eligible for promotional offers. 35jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
35jl monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in legitimate gaming, coordination between multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, 35jl may remove bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict the account from future promotional participation, or close the account entirely.
In the event that a bonus is credited to a 35jl account in error, or that the stated bonus terms contain an obvious error, 35jl reserves the right to correct or withdraw the bonus without prior notice. Winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus may be voided.
All games available on the 35jl platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By choosing to play any game on 35jl, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Game outcomes on 35jl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics under real-time conditions. All game outcomes are final once the relevant game round has concluded and the result has been recorded in the 35jl system.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether caused by software error, connection failure, or hardware fault — 35jl's standard procedure is to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. In cases where the malfunction result is genuinely unclear, 35jl's decision following investigation is final.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 35jl platform solely for their personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 35jl content outside of the platform's intended use.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of 35jl intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35jl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their 35jl account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where changes are material, 35jl will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.
